Maxgramser.com is operated by Max Gramser, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This site is a portfolio with a webshop: you can browse projects and order physical and digital products.

Some orders placed on partner storefronts (such as Timey.club) are processed through this site as well. This policy covers that checkout and order data too.

• Order and checkout data you submit: name, email address, shipping address, and any order notes.
• Payment data is handled entirely by our payment provider Mollie. We never see or store your card or bank details — we only receive the payment status of your order.
• Your email address when you sign up for a back-in-stock notification.
• Emails you send us, so we can handle support, returns and warranty.
• Basic server logs (IP address, requested pages) for security and reliability.

• To process, ship and deliver your order, and to send you transactional email about it: order confirmation, payment status, tracking and return instructions.
• To notify you when a product is back in stock, if you asked for that. Every stock email contains an unsubscribe link.
• To handle support requests, returns and refunds.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• We do not send marketing email and we do not sell your data. Ever.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the shop: hosting, transactional email delivery, Mollie for payments, and shipping carriers to deliver your parcel. Each receives only what they need for their job.

We use essential cookies only: session, security (CSRF) and your shopping cart. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and no third-party analytics.

Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Back-in-stock email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or the notification is sent. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@maxgramser.com and we'll sort it out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
