Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with your statutory right of withdrawal. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. We recommend sending it with track & trace, since you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Email us at hello@maxgramser.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll register your return and send you instructions, including the address to send your items back to.

Once we receive and check your returned items, we refund you via your original payment method (through Mollie). Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of receiving the return.

Digital products and downloads cannot be returned once the download has been accessed. Custom-made or personalised items may also be excluded. If in doubt, just ask before returning.
